- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
- Support Customer Success & Transformation Managers in understanding customer environments and operational challenges
- Assist in fieldwork activities to validate software solutions in real-world utility settings
- Facilitate change management efforts and training for customers
- Represent cutting-edge technologies in SaaS deployments within the utility industry
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel
- Independently represent the organization in front of customers
