We are looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator to join our Security and IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting business growth while maintaining scalability and security. As an Enterprise Applications Administrator, you will manage and optimize enterprise applications, including Salesforce, and Intercom and oversee cloud-based integrations using low code Integration-Platform-as-a-Service solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, provide user support, and help ensure the performance and security of enterprise systems.
This role is open to candidates located in the following locations, Vancouver BC, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto.

What You’ll Do
- Administer, maintain, and improve cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring best practices, security, performance, and scalability.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, including user management, support, data integrity, and security.
- Develop and implement enterprise integrations and custom solutions to enable and optimize core business workflows using low code iPaaS solutions.
- Lead and participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning.
- Works to provide automation of tasks within the enterprise applications and companywide workflows.
- Implement strong identity and access management using single-sign-on, and automated access controls, and permission mapping.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management, integrations, and support.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administering and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations.
- Familiarity administering Salesforce, including configuration, customization, user management, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience with enterprise Saas application management.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and data flow management between Software-as-a-Service applications using low code integration-Platform-as-a-Service solutions.
- Knowledge of IT practices and experience implementing security measures for enterprise applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholder projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with Salesforce Administrator certification highly desirable.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
