WFP (Working Families Party) is a political party in the United States that represents the multiracial working class. It works by organizing at state and local levels, building a network of members, unions, and community organizations to support and campaign for progressive candidates who align with its platform. The party operates through grassroots organizing, endorsements, and advocacy to advance its policy goals. Unlike traditional parties that rely mainly on top-down campaigns, WFP relies on its member dues and a bottom-up structure to recruit participants and build a political movement from the ground up. Its main goal is to reduce social, racial, and economic inequality by pushing for policies that help working people and create a more just economy and society.
