Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- Three (3) or more years experience with either Epic Resolute HB, PB, Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central
- Current certification in one or more Epic revenue cycle applications strongly preferred
- Professional certifications highly desired
- Ability to travel based on engagement
- Ability to make judgements in demanding situations
- Ability to work independently
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to promote teamwork and ensure a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction

- Manage all aspects of the Epic system
