• Provide interim leadership and new leader mentoring for clients
• Facilitate thoughtful planning and project visioning for strategic initiatives
• Advise clients on system selection, integration an usage
• Lead department/program restructuring or development
• Manage staffing and budget analysis
• Provide training and quality assurance support
• Manage all aspects of the Epic system

Personal Development:

• Maintain knowledge of industry and best practices and legislation impacting personal area of expertise
• Attend and contribute to internal learning courses
• Pursue and maintain Epic certifications and involvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Three (3) or more years experience with either Epic Resolute HB, PB, Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central 
• Current certification in one or more Epic revenue cycle applications strongly preferred
• Professional certifications highly desired
