  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred
  • Seven years or more of related experience required
  • Experience using ADP, SAP, QuickBooks preferred
  • Job Costing experience preferred
  • Assist with Accounting operations including financial accounting, accounts payable, receivables, month-end closing, and payroll
  • Assist with internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk
  • Assist Accounting Manager with financial reports to comply with accounting principles or financial reporting standards
  • Support payables process for timely and accurate payment of invoices
  • Support customer invoicing and track outstanding receivables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoicing discrepancies and payment issues
  • Assist external auditors and provide required statements for annual audit
  • Review budget reports and assist in keeping departments accountable for expenditures
  • Support payroll processing and compliance with regulations and policies
  • Keep workers compensation insurance requirements and regulations up to date
  • Assist in corporate credit card reconciling and reporting
  • Oversee invoice management processes
  • Maintain documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government requirements
  • Identify and recommend updates to accounting processes and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
