Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role, ideally involving cloud security or IAM solutions
  • Strong understanding of IAM, cloud security frameworks, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer focus and the ability to handle technical objections
  • Proven ability to engage with senior IT and business leaders, delivering presentations and demonstrations tailored to their needs
  • Certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar credentials are highly desirable
  • Domain expertise with cloud operations, security, compliance and dev-ops ci/cd processes including but not limited to Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, AWS Cloudformation
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Sonrai’s unique cloud security platform dynamically to customers remotely with live demonstrations, proof of values and at field events such as conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective customers, demonstrating how our solutions mitigate IAM & permissions risks in cloud environments
  • Engage in technical consultations with customers to identify and solve IAM security challenges, advocating for the adoption of best practices in cloud security
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical and business executives to understand their business needs and technical requirements
  • Stay abreast of developments in IAM security and public cloud technologies to continuously improve our offerings and sales strategies
  • Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation required during the sales process
  • Provide feedback to the product management team on customer needs and experiences to guide the development of new features and capabilities
