Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategic operations, or executive office roles, ideally with exposure to ad tech, martech, media, or SaaS
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CBO
  • Lead and coordinate key planning cycles — quarterly OKRs, reporting, and strategic initiatives
  • Own and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects that align with business goals and industry trends
  • Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and leadership
  • Help streamline decision-making by surfacing the right insights and aligning the right people
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with department heads to implement scalable solutions
  • Serve as a connective thread across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams, helping bridge communication between the technical and commercial sides of the business
  • Represent the CBO in select meetings and ensure follow-through on next steps and priorities

Juno Hair to Sell Stake for $590M

Juno Hair, South Korea's largest salon brand, plans to sell a controlling stake to Blackstone Inc. to boost global expansion. Valued at over ₩800 billion ($590 million), Juno Hair is wholly owned by CEO Kang Yun-seon, who may sell over 50% of her stake while staying involved in management. The company, with 180 stores and 3,000 employees, reported revenue growth from ₩180 billion in 2019 to over ₩300 billion. Advantage Solutions sells Jun Group for $185M

Advantage Solutions (NASDAQ: ADV) will sell its digital advertising platform, Jun Group, to Verve Group SE for approximately $185 million. The deal, expected to close in Q3 2024, includes a $130 million cash payment at closing and two subsequent installments. Proceeds will reduce debt and reinvest in the business.
