Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of domain experts who provide technical guidance and support to customers across all stages of their journey, acting as trusted advisors in deploying AI workloads on Crusoe.
  • Serve as the Primary Technical SME: Act as a technical subject matter expert for all customer-facing engagements, ensuring AI workloads are deployed in the most secure, scalable, and efficient way possible.
  • Drive Customer Success: Partner with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges, guiding them through the deployment lifecycle with best practices, reusable templates, and innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Support Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Efforts: Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support customer PoCs, provide technical demonstrations, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to full deployment.
  • Optimize Workloads and Solutions: Lead efforts to benchmark, validate, and optimize AI workloads for maximum performance, ensuring that customers are running the most efficient solutions possible.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of customer feedback into the product roadmap and a unified approach to customer success.
  • Evangelize Crusoe Cloud Solutions: Represent Crusoe at industry events, lead customer-facing presentations and workshops, and contribute to the development of technical content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating their technical requirements internally and influencing Crusoe’s product direction to meet market demands.
