Pantheon is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with investors globally. We are seeking a driven Analyst to support our Investor Relations Team in the UK, Nordics, Middle East, and Asia.

The Analyst will coordinate and manage activities supporting existing client relationships, analyze data, and present findings to clients and prospective investors. The role includes administrative and project management duties to ensure smooth Investor Relations operations. This role is hybrid, with minimum 3 days in the London office (Finsbury Square).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers and Associates with maintaining investor relationships.
• Prepare presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, and due diligence documents.
• Manage closing/transfer processes for investors and support their due diligence.
• Coordinate RFP processes and prepare necessary data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Participate in projects to improve firm processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Understanding of Asset Management and Private Market industry.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree level education.
