  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads; familiarity with Reddit is a plus
  • 3-5 years of agency or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and other critical programmatic tools
  • Strong foundation in Marketing or Advertising with emphasis on digital media
  • Senior-level experience in demand-side platforms and a history of success in digital campaign management
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships internally and externally with a commitment to outstanding client service
  • Capability to mentor and assist more junior members with coaching, specifically around platforms and DSPs

  • Foster innovation within the team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution discussions
