Requirements
  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising
  • Associate experience in digital media
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner
  • Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels
  • Understanding trafficking and website tagging processes an asset
  • Proficiency with media platforms: Google Ads, Bing, AMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tiktok
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Account Managers to provide insights for RFPs, decks, proposals, and planning recommendations
  • Develop deliverables/reporting to clients from technology platforms
  • Be an expert in paid media capabilities and find solutions for clients
  • Manage campaign set up and execution
  • Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting
  • Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives
  • Direct site tagging strategy and manage cost per acquisition campaigns
  • Pull reports, prepare insights and recommendations, and communicate effectively
  • Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objectives
  • Monitor goals and KPIs for clients to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns
  • Create collaborative relationships with planning teams and SBUs
  • Mentor and train Campaign Managers and Associates on tools and processes
  • Source proposals from media partners and liaise with SBUs
  • Ensure invoice clearing and budget management
  • Oversee campaign execution, evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, provide post reports
