Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of direct marketing experience running paid media and performance marketing campaigns including hands-on work with media platforms and affiliate programs
  • Experience in paid media that drives DTC Ecommerce outcomes
  • Data-driven - focused on measuring and improving KPIs
  • Proactive, collaborative, and strong team player

Responsibilities
  • You will support the paid media and performance marketing strategy for Roku's Account Growth Marketing team, working to drive our account acquisition and device sales. Work with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns to grow Roku's active account base, focused on Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Affiliates
  • Work closely with external vendors and agencies to plan and optimize spend across channels toward driving efficient Roku account activations and prospects
  • Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, platform/vendor partners and key marketing stakeholders to implement best practices across paid media tactics using Roku's first party and third-party data to inform decisions while staying true to the Roku brand
  • Assist in management of Roku's direct affiliate program; analyze, rebuild, and test different affiliate growth levers to grow Roku device sales on Roku.com
  • Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are maximizing return on ad spend - focus on finding and driving high quality Roku accounts determined by customer lifetime value and cost per acquisition targets
  • Help manage the performance marketing budget and expenses working closely with Manager, Performance Marketing
  • Seek and develop innovative testing ideas and strategies that leverage identified opportunities as well as changes in technology and consumer behavior
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a media agency, creative agency, or working directly for a brand marketing and/or media team
  • Experience either buying media directly through prominent ad network like Facebook or Google, or supporting media buying teams via creative asset development/procurement
  • Experience marketing DTC Ecommerce technology brands and content
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail
