Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience at a large enterprise, ideally within a matrixed organization.
  • 5 years of experience with digital marketing channels, with a focus in email marketing preferred
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or Communications.
  • Proficient with data and digital analytics to generate insights to make key decisions.
  • Expertise in problem solving, negotiation, and expectation setting.
  • Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong collaborator across global teams and Enterprise functions.
  • Leader of change; ability to influence a global team and partners.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Acoustic or similar platforms.
  • Able to accommodate early morning and late evening meetings occasionally to support business partners in Asia time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Help improve global digital channels, focusing on contact and email strategies.
  • Be an expert in email marketing, including technical aspects like deliverability and spam prevention, mitigation and monitoring.
  • Define, track and analyze email channel performance to make data-driven improvements.
  • Create a global center of excellence for client contact and email marketing; develop and implement email marketing best practices.
  • Support product management for relevant tools/capabilities including adoption and utilization, training, governance and managing product roadmap(s).
  • Support strategies for managing consent and preference management, global web and email domain strategy and governance, and longer term, personalized omnichannel experiences.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve email channel strategies, to optimize experiences and deepen Client engagement.
  • Suggest and implement new marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, evolving regulatory, data privacy requirements, and emerging technology and innovations.
  • Ensure effective practices and processes in support of client contact programs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with internal partners and vendors, driving efficient program implementation and achieving business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts with digital teams, subject matter experts, and enterprise technology partners.
  • Ensure delivery of projects/initiatives on time and on budget.
