  • An active Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician license is required.
  • IV Therapy Certification is required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • Strong IV and injection skills are required.
  • The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, calm and professional conduct under pressure, reliability, and interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine.
Responsibilities
  • Start IVs and administer intramuscular injections safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately.
  • Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
  • Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits.
  • Address client questions and concerns throughout their visits.
  • Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day.
  • Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
  • Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director.
  • Support team goals and daily operational priorities.
  • Assist with training and onboarding as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and development.
  • Become eligible for promotion to Assistant Clinic Director after a 90-day performance review.
Desired Qualifications
  • One or more years of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience is preferred.
