Requirements
- Sales experience at an early-stage startup

Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling Sphere enterprise packages to functional team leads / L&D departments
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and manage a list of mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Establish monitoring systems on Hubspot (primary CRM) to track $ spend and employees being sent to Sphere courses by individual companies
- Optimize our customer success strategy for current enterprise clients (refine our economic ROI framework and expand average contract size)
- Work closely with senior management, implementation, engineering, and product teams to scope and construct new business proposals
- Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams on market dynamics, customer requirements, and new opportunities
