Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies for Hearst UK’s event portfolio
  • Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to maximise reach and engagement
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social, digital advertising, partnerships and design
  • Create engaging copy and marketing assets aligned with brand voice and event objectives
  • Manage timelines, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Use data-driven insights to grow event audiences and nurture long-term brand loyalty
  • Oversee CRM and segmentation strategies to drive ticket sales and registrations
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise in real time
  • Work closely with editorial, design, and commercial teams to align messaging and branding
  • Build relationships with external partners, sponsors, and influencers to amplify reach
  • Support commercial teams with marketing collateral for sponsor activations
  • Track KPIs across campaigns including registration, attendance, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign effectiveness
