About the team
As Klaviyo doubles down on its value of “Always be learning,” the Learning & Development team (part of the broader Learning & Talent Development team) is there to help scale the charge! We’re a growing team eager to grow the impact and ultimately grow development opportunities for every employee across the globe! Our reach spans from the newest of new hires joining the organization to the most senior of leaders. The team is currently building out programmatic offerings that will proactively meet the needs of a business brimming with high-slope individuals with relentless curiosity.
About the role
You are part designer, part technologist, part audio-visual guru, and part L&D geek. In this highly dynamic and visible role you’ll lean into your ability to bring technology to life that scales learning and development programs. You understand that for learning programs to succeed, technology must enable the learner to access learning with ease and without disruption. You’ll help bring a new LMS and/or LXP to fruition and with that an approach to eLearning design (think xAPI and SCORM content) to help our learners thrive in a hybrid work and learning environment. You’ll leverage your design skills and audio-visual expertise to create learning experiences that not only engage learners, but create a raving fan club in the process. You are a passionate team player who is eager to help scale learning and your know-how as you partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in the learning and development field (bonus points for fast-paced organizations).
- The capability to build both AV content and eLearning modules with Storyline, Articulate Studio, Captivate, Camtasia and/or any other audio-visual editing and learning software tools. We’re eager for you to drive decision-making on the tools necessary to help learning scale!
- You have worn multiple hats with a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP)--implementation lead, end user, author, administrator–and are eager to showcase your skills here as you drive the building of a best in class learning technology ecosystem.
- You are able to leverage your knowledge of learning program needs analyses, curriculum development, and project management to help our SMEs create and scale impactful eLearning experiences.
- You are an ambitious innovator, ready to help drive our adoption with new learning experience technology–be it augmented reality, virtual reality, or beyond!

- Experience in a hybrid work environment.
- A knack for distilling the complex into what matters most to learners and stakeholders.
- The ability to laugh at least three times a day. We work hard, but have fun doing it!
