  • Experience with project based models (PR, events, XM, creative or media) is preferred
  • Experience with general bookkeeping duties
  • Experience with HR ops, payroll and compensation forecasting
  • Experience in pricing services and reviewing contract agreements
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple fluctuating business priorities
  • Experience in developing long-term financial plans and budgets
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Fluency with technology and eager to help set up the systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a positive impact on the company and work closely alongside the CEO and Founder
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with agency leaders and other key stakeholders with credibility and trust
  • Provide sound financial insights and support decision-making across the business
  • Partner with the founders and CEO to bring strategic thinking to the agency in order to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance in order to achieve overall financial objectives
  • Actively contribute to the development of long-term financial plans, budgets and financial forecasts
  • Actively oversee the agency's administration and operations
  • Manage two finance professionals; provide ongoing coaching and mentorship help them reach their full potential
  • Lead and direct the year-end and month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, guidelines and drive continuous process improvement
  • Actively contribute to the collaborate and fun team culture of the agency
