- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a clinical, biological, or science-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharma industry.
- Budget, finance, and costing experience at the project level.
- Experience managing complex trials across multiple phases and the full lifecycle.
- Experience working in the area of epilepsy is essential.
- Manage and coordinate efforts assigned to all members of the global project team, including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety, to support milestone achievement and overall project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to the project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed in accordance with project plans and in compliance with standard company processes, policies, and procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the customer for assigned projects, and chair project team meetings and teleconferences.
- Assist in business development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations in partnership with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership.
- Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business for the future.
- Global experience is preferred.
- In-depth experience across multiple therapeutic areas, including protocol knowledge in psychedelics and major depressive disorder, is preferred.
