  • 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to recruiting within the intelligence community or for roles requiring high-level (TS/SCI+) security clearances.
  • In-depth understanding of the intelligence sector, including its key functions, terminology, and the unique challenges associated with recruiting for highly sensitive positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and to navigate the complexities of recruiting for roles subject to national security considerations.
  • Proficient in the use of secure recruiting tools and technologies designed to protect candidate information and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
  • Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to identify candidates with high-level security clearances and specialized skills aligned to MetroStar’s Digital Services.
  • Build and maintain a network of highly cleared candidates.
  • Conduct thorough vetting processes, including security clearance verifications and assessments of candidates' suitability for sensitive roles within the intelligence community.
  • Foster strong relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and other relevant organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
  • Participate in classified job fairs, conferences, and other events to network with potential candidates and promote the organization as a leading employer within the intelligence community.
