Databricks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Industry Enablement to lead our efforts in developing and implementing industry-specific enablement strategies across our major verticals. This role will be responsible for owning the strategy and creation of content for Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Public Sector, and Media and Entertainment sectors, among others.
As the Head of Global Industry Enablement, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively engage with customers across diverse industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive enablement programs that align with Databricks’ overall business objectives and drive revenue growth in key verticals.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and its applications across industries. They will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for each vertical. This role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration
