Requirements
  • US Citizenship and Active Clearance (per government contract)
  • 5+ years of experience in writing/editing
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage all project-related documentation.
  • Develop, document, and manage a process to manage cloud services licensing to monitor and maintain various licensing subscriptions and control costs.
  • Provide expertise in business process management to include process modeling, documentation, and analysis.
  • Executes process improvement and re-engineering projects, identifies, assigns, monitors key performance indicators, and assures office and/or enterprise alignment of processes.
  • Develop a data and analytics strategy requiring current state assessment, define the target state of new data and analytic capabilities, and develop a plan and assist with the incremental deployment of improvements to advance towards the target state.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience reviewing and editing varied work products, including items written by other team members.
  • Experience in process automation, and technology development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Teams, to produce consistent and uniform work product.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, policies and procedures within various communication modes.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, along with ability to take the initiative and work independently within a fast-paced environment; ability to take initiative.
  • Experience in the Federal government sector.
  • Proven customer-service orientation; excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
