Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a data-driven strategy for developing automation, templates, and other force-multipliers for the engineering organization
- Piloting and roll-out new features that help engineering teams reduce the manual effort associated with their work
- Working closely with engineering in an agile environment to prioritize, build, and deliver improvements across a wide range of products
- Establishing regular interactions with internal engineering teams across the organization to learn more about their needs and prioritize improvements
- Evaluating and executing partnerships with third-party software providers where necessary to drive improvements
- Writing feature and system requirement specifications in user stories to help engineering understand what is needed
- Leading the creation of documentation; communicate through various channels about your team's features and drive adoption
- Communicating across teams to ensure consistent backlog alignment on prioritized business goals
- Participating in other strategic initiatives and in partnership with the Director of Product Management (Platform)
