  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience with a trading firm, bank, or related financial institution

Responsibilities
  • Onboard institutional clients and counterparties, including annual KYC and account maintenance
  • Respond to external onboarding and periodic KYC refresh requests
  • Strive to continuously improve the Firm’s onboarding and KYC refresh processes
  • Maintain counterparty metadata in the Firm’s proprietary database and other third-party platforms
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing counterparties, including investigating and responding to KYC alerts (e.g., PEP status, negative news, sanctions, etc.)
  • Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled in accordance with Old Mission’s policies
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations impacting counterparty relations, communications, and document retention
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize workload and maximize efficiency
  • Review existing compliance practices against regulatory requirements and industry best practices
