As anAdvanced Practice Providerin Weight Loss / Reflux, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing qualitycare andexcellent patient experience.
This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $7,500 in relocation assistance where eligible.
You will practice at Lutheran Clinic Weight Loss & Reflux Center on the Lutheran Hospital Campus
Your focus will be primarily on clinic manometries allowing more timely surgical treatment, as well as assisting with medical weight loss.
Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
