Required Skills
  • Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health
  • Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays
  • Experience with adolescents and young adults
  • Experience with high acuity populations
  • Must be certified in your contemplative practice (all disciplines are welcome to apply), and/or hold a Clinical license
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in your contemplative field
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field strongly preferred
  • Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week
  • The technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
  • Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis
  • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients
  • Dedicate at minimum 9 permanent group hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with clients
  • Be well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities
  • Support clients in developing mindful awareness, cultivating wisdom, discovering purpose, living compassionately, and practicing self-inquiry
  • Conduct group sessions and work effectively in a team
  • Integrate contemplative practices into treatment approach
  • Work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance programming and provide the best possible care to clients
