Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited civil engineering program
  • Passed FE/EI exam
  • 2+ years of experience in this discipline
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Microstation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Work on DOT and/or LPA roadway design projects
  • Perform standard computations or analyses
  • Prepare drawings and visual aids
  • Perform routine technical work
  • Perform quality control self-checks of assigned work
  • Assist in the development of various preliminary engineering studies
  • Perform other duties associated with this position and level of experience
