Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant biological field, such as molecular and cellular immunology or cancer biology. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in aseptic cell culture.
  • Experience in immune cell isolation from blood samples and multi-color flow cytometry preferred.
  • Experience in lentivirus and/or retrovirus production and transduction is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can work efficiently as an individual.
Responsibilities
  • Execute experiments designed to characterize the function and fitness of immune cell therapy candidates.
  • Laboratory techniques include CAR gd T activation and phenotypic tumor killing assay, multi-color flow cytometry.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
  • Analyze scientific data and report results in a timely manner.
  • Present results in small team and large functional group meetings.
