Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with business requirements analysis
  • Experience defining, translating, and simplifying business requirements and documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems
  • Experience developing and modifying program acquisition documentation
  • Knowledge of the Business Capability Acquisition Cycle associated with Defense Business Systems
  • Knowledge of Acquisition Logistics Documentation and Logistics personnel standards, regulations, policies, procedures, processes, techniques, models, tools, and organizations pertinent to Acquisition Logistics
  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 2.0
  • Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements and provide traceability of requirements
  • Ability to recognize and differentiate between functional and design-level requirements and associated measures of effectiveness and performance and work closely with clients to communicate and capture information system requirements
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
  • Analyze client requirements and work closely with product managers and various vendors in accordance with DoD enterprise strategies and processes
  • Ensure consistent linkage and relationship between requirements, integrator test, and architectural models
  • Collaborate closely with client product managers and program leaders to analyze existing systems and solutions
  • Support deployment of DoD Information Technology systems
  • Work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously
