Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills and ideally be proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with Media team and other internal departments to help with schedule implementation and ensure the media plan runs smoothly and deadlines are reached
  • To support our Production manager to implement media schedules and liaise with our internal Adops team
  • Monitoring campaigns to ensure they are running correctly
  • Day-to-day contact with external companies such as publishers and creative agencies, as required.
  • Liaising with suppliers to source media information and present back internally
  • Assist with preparing campaign analysis and metric reports
