Job Summary: The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure services across the organization. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in alignment with business needs, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Service Management & Delivery • Lead and manage IT infrastructure service delivery including data centers, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing. • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL best practices. • Monitor and improve service performance and availability. • Take ownership of critical incidents and coordinate resolution efforts. • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures. • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure services with business goals. • Lead infrastructure-related projects and initiatives. • Oversee change management processes to ensure minimal disruption. • Ensure infrastructure services comply with security policies and regulatory requirements. • Support audits and risk assessments. ________________________________________
