We are seeking a System Administrator to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

What You Will Do:

Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:

• The System Administrator will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense. The candidate will provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software and networks.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

• Must meet and be current with DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification requirements (Security + CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security).

• Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.

• Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows).

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components.

• Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems.

• Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA)

• Experience using Confluence and Jira

• Basic scripting (Bash and PowerShell) and Active Directory experience

• Experience working with Missile Defense Agency

• Previous experience on the C2BMC Program

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
