  • Significant experience from a market-leading enterprise software vendor of front-office solutions
  • Experience in Regulatory/Compliance and/or Client Lifecycle products strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex products through their lifecycle.
  • Experience leading and inspiring high-performing global teams, including the ability to foster collaboration, facilitate teamwork, and influence internal stakeholders outside of your reporting lines.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Experience developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. CFA, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives and communicate strategy to organizational leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Define and manage the Regulatory & Compliance product roadmap, including prioritization of features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.
  • Lead, expand, and improve a high-performing global product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality product definition artifacts including define product briefs, workflow maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the product meets the needs of the target market. Close engagement with Reg & Compliance clients and internal commercial teams to validate product definitions.
  • Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely and successful product releases.
