Responsibilities
  • Managing IT assets and inventory
  • Ensuring programs are running smoothly to be compliant with security-related objectives
  • Troubleshooting hardware-related devices and maintaining office IT infrastructure
  • Completing entry-level helpdesk administration tasks, including assisting employees with IT-related questions
  • Exploring IT topics of interest and projects
  • Updating and maintaining internal IT documentation
