Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience working in an automated manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
- Ability to interpret and follow electrical schematics and competency around voltages up to 480V.
- Qualified per NFPA70E, able to work on voltages up to 480V.
- Working knowledge of UL508A is a plus.
- Basic CAD drafting knowledge is a plus.
- Previous electrical design experience a plus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical installations, demolitions, repairs and modifications to plant control systems.
- Electrical subject matter expert for all I&C instrumentation and motor controls.
- Ensure CAT6 network cabling installations are done per site standard and meets all qualification testing.
- Advanced troubleshooting support for electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support team in diagnosis of electrical issues using tools such as meggers, multi-meters, amp clamps, power monitors, IR gun, etc.
- Manage the site's electrical schematics, ensuring redlines are picked up and working with drafting to issue new revisions.
- Author common troubleshooting guides to assist maintenance personnel.
- Work with controls engineering leadership to understand priorities and timelines for upcoming projects.
- Ensure technicians and electricians have appropriate tools to do their job.
- Develop your technicians and electricians technically to support their career growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, open communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees, recognizing and rewarding achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize productivity and meet operational objectives.
- Effectively manage conflicts within the team, using diplomatic and fair approaches to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
