  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of the law
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Paycom (HRIS)
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification
  • Microsoft Certification
Responsibilities
  • Experience with performing day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties (including maintenance of I-9 documentation, benefits administration, maintenance of employee records and employee performance process within the HRIS
  • Able to serve as a resource to managers and employees in the organization
  • Able to perform general administrative functions, including responding to employee inquiries and providing information for personnel actions, preparing correspondence, forms, reports, tracking deadlines and providing support to the HR Manager and Leadership team
  • Possesses excellent organization skills; is a multi-tasker; is professional and courteous, and dedicated to providing excellent support and extraordinary customer service
  • Action and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral skills
  • Demonstrates ability to exercise good judgment, extreme discretion and maintain confidentiality of information
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexibility in work hours may be required during specific tasks
