  • Knowledge of leading supply and supply chain/operations management principles and solutions preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations or related technical degree required.
  • 6+ years of supply chain or operations experience with increased responsibility in a complex, agile environment.
  • Experience driving process transformation, leveraging industry-leading best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Compare the current state and gaps with industry leading practices and work with the transformation team and project team to define the necessary business unit to-be supply and supply chain/operations solution.
  • Develop the future cadence and calendar of the SIOP supply and operations process steps, including key inputs and outputs, meetings and attendees, critical decisions and decision owners.
  • Recommend the needed organizational changes and transition plan to execute the SIOP process steps, including clear roles and responsibilities, information needed, decision rights, necessary tools and KPIs.
  • Ensure latest best of breed supply and operations solutions are considered & implemented where appropriate.
  • Develop critical project milestones and metrics that will reflect progress against the roadmap.
  • Ensure the future state SIOP design for operations and supply chain aligns properly with the business unit and corporate operating cadence (LRP, LRPP, budgeting, forecasting, etc.) and recommend changes as needed.
  • Support project teams to implement the SIOP supply and operations roadmap components, as required, across the relevant business units and in the defined order.
  • Work with the Director, SIOP Transformation and functional leads to support project teams to measure and realize project and program value related to supply and operations management.
  • Ensure supply chain and operations solution integration across the organization between process, people, systems, policies and metrics.
  • Review and support the Program Manager and Transformation Team Lead with all supply and operations related change requests.
  • Identify significant SIOP supply and operations project and rollout risks and escalate when needed to the Transformation Team Lead and Program Manager.
  • Serve as the SIOP supply and operations solution point of contact to project teams, leaders, & executives.
  • Serve as the liaison between business unit teams and third-party partners on supply/operations capabilities.
  • Regular interaction and close alignment with the existing SIOP supply and operations teams to ensure transformation success.
  • Share supply chain/operations knowledge, templates and best practices across project teams & business units.
  • First level of supply and operations deliverable review and solution guidance to the project teams.
  • Influence key SIOP supply and operations stakeholders to drive for SIOP supply and operations project and rollout decisions and resolutions, resulting in win-win outcomes.
  • Support the Transformation Change Management Lead with the required training to adopt the new supply and operations process, organization structure, systems, metrics, and policies.
  • Support, coach, and influence SIOP supply and operations project and rollout teams.
