Third Party CS helps employees understand and use workplace benefits. Its advisors answer questions, explain available options and support workers who may find insurance, enrollment and benefit processes difficult to navigate on their own. The company serves people connected to large employers while operating independently from the employers and benefit carriers it discusses. Third Party CS is a benefits-support service rather than a general customer-service outsourcer, with its value centered on accessible guidance and individual assistance.
