Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and make repairs to manufacturer specifications.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch and communicate delays or changes professionally.
  • Manage accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPad.
  • Answer customer questions, identify additional service needs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needs.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
  • Attend ongoing technical training to stay up to date with industry advancements.
  • Report safety concerns and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Support the team and contribute to service and safety.
  • Wear protective equipment, including a helmet, goggles, and boots.
  • Perform regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.

  • Industry certifications are a plus.
