Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least one year of professional experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, or Recruitment Executive role is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment lifecycle management, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment is required.
  • The role requires strong organizational and management capabilities to manage high-volume, concurrent recruitment initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • The role requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information with discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys of competitor properties within the local market, benchmark compensation structures, and analyze regional data to keep offer packages competitive with hospitality market trends.
  • Partner with Department Heads to review, update, and draft job descriptions for positions within the property before vacancies are published.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on departmental manning requisitions, verify alignment with budgeted headcounts and seasonal operational needs, and secure required leadership approvals before recruitment begins.
  • Coordinate, publish, and manage active job openings across applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and local or international recruitment platforms.
  • Manage the complete high-volume hospitality recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing pipelines, posting vacancies, reviewing applications, and conducting initial pre-screening interviews.
  • Administer, track, and follow up on pre-employment technical, language, and behavioral assessments and compile result metrics.
  • Prepare, review, and issue employment offer letters and contracts in accordance with company standards, corporate structures, and United Arab Emirates labor laws, and manage candidate communications during negotiations.
  • Collect, verify, and track mandatory pre-employment documentation, including passports, attested educational certificates, experience letters, visa cancellations, and home-country clearances.
  • Conduct professional reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates by communicating with past employers.
  • Administer the complete new-hire sign-in process and ensure mandatory legal, financial, and internal onboarding paperwork is signed, verified, and entered into the human resources system.
  • Compile and submit medical records, certificates, and background documentation for UAE employment visas; coordinate with Government Relations, candidates, and hiring departments to manage entry permits and residence visa approvals.
  • Coordinate property orientations with Learning & Development and pre-allocate staff rooms with the Housing/Accommodation team.
  • Complete monthly payroll data entry in the human resources information system.
  • Review and process employee forms for salary adjustments, department transfers, re-hires, and termination payouts.
  • Track and report annual, unpaid, and sick leave balances and secure required authorizations before updating dates.
  • Inform the Director of People & Culture about leave-parameter and payroll-cutoff updates and obtain approval for system changes.
  • Administer group medical insurance enrollments and deletions for new hires and separating employees.
  • Assist colleagues with medical reimbursement claims and health-card processing in coordination with insurance underwriters.
  • Coordinate and promote health, safety, and wellness programs, including injury-prevention awareness and modified-work programs.
  • Assist the People & Culture Coordinator and corporate travel agencies with flight bookings for annual vacation leave, business travel, deployment, and repatriation.
  • Track cancelled-ticket submissions and refunds or travel credits from vendors.
  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly employee-engagement events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Direct internal lifestyle classes, including yoga, healthy-eating, and educational workshops, and arrange guest speakers and materials.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate community-service campaigns, including blood drives, environmental cleanups, and Earth Hour initiatives, in alignment with local municipal guidelines.
  • Systematically file general correspondence and personnel records while maintaining confidentiality in Human Resources matters.
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with SmartRecruiters or Accor systems.
  • Experience recruiting in the hospitality, hotel, or luxury-service industry.
  • Experience with payroll administration and leave-management systems.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating employee-engagement and wellness programs.
