Requirements

  • You have 2+ years experience recruiting for highly competitive technical roles such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers You have experience with recruiting coordination, scheduling and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) Google G Suite, Slack and Asana
  • You're able to easily adapt to a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment company that appreciates processes but remains flexible to ensure the best are hired
  • You build relationships and trust with candidates, leadership, and hiring teams
  • You're able to educate on recruiting best practices and know market data inside and out
  • You operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
  • You think outside the box in your sourcing strategy to identify exceptional passive talent
  • This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US
  • Target range: $80,000 - $90,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to build engaging job descriptions and position scorecards, develop a sourcing strategy, identify skill sets and qualifications to screen resumes
  • Own the full recruiting and candidate lifecycle- from phone screens and scheduling interviews to debriefs with hiring teams and extending offers
  • Build credibility with candidates by developing relationships and always closing the loop
  • Focus on helping us build diverse and inclusive teams
