Responsibilities
  • The Senior Manager of Beauty is responsible for achieving outsized Beauty and Personal care sales in their applicable territory.
  • The Senior Manager of Beauty Sales is responsible for developing a talent management strategy for their CVS Beauty Service teams, enhancing B&PC business value through tactical human resource planning and leading interdepartmental collaboration.
  • You will provide management and strategic direction to a team of 4-8 Beauty Coordinators, the curators of the ultimate beauty experience in stores.
  • The Sales Coordinators are tasked with ensuring all Beauty Sales Consultants have the skills and tools they need to drive selling, maximize customer engagement, and elevate product promotions and events.
  • Your field organization also encompasses 60-150 Beauty Sales Consultants; the beauty sales focused team in our CVS Beauty Service program stores.
  • You are the ambassador for the CVS Beauty Service program to field leaders and vendors, ensuring that you analyze business results and service evaluation tools to drive sales and elevate the beauty customer experience for CVS.
