Functional Support Analyst

Key Role:

Offer comprehensive insight, problem-solving, and implementation guidance in support of defense information systems. Apply a functional understanding and technical expertise to propose and implement solutions for a wide range of challenges with varying levels of complexity. Operate both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team and solve problems with minimal to no guidance.
 

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with providing functional support for DoD information systems

• 2+ years of experience with triaging and troubleshooting IT issues

• 2+ years of experience with tracking and reporting issues using DoD ticketing systems

• Ability to communicate technical information and propose solutions to clients

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with supporting MAF C2 systems, including CAMPS, GDSS, GATES, or MEIS

• Experience with working independently and in cross-team situations

• Bachelor’s degree

• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including CompTIA Security+

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
