Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates or candidates graduating by Summer 2026 welcome)

Responsibilities
  • Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts (all leads provided by Lendz)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and long-term partnerships
  • Understand client goals and match them with our range of competitive financial products
  • Respond to broker questions and loan status inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain all client interactions in Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline growth
  • Distribute marketing materials and promote Lendz products to new and existing brokers
  • Monitor expiring rate locks and proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every client, every time

  • Prior sales, business development, or entrepreneurial experience a plus
