Requirements
  • Successful candidate will have 1-3 years of customer service/onboarding, bill processing, or general project coordination experience
  • Understanding of utility billing, rate structures, and tariff's preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams and external vendors
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment
  • BS degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support across all key areas of customer onboarding lifecycle
  • Audit all paperwork submitted by each customer to ensure accuracy and complete requirements
  • Work with all utility providers and customers to obtain historic utilization needed to establish proper billing terms
  • Create new utility accounts for customers including management of the deposit and transition lifecycle
