Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the India-based Operations Transformation and Business Performance team across transformation, artificial intelligence and data science enablement, business performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate enterprise transformation priorities into actionable programs that improve operational efficiency, agility, performance visibility, and business value realization.
  • Advance artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, and data-centric capabilities to improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and enable scalable business outcomes.
  • Support delivery of artificial-intelligence-enabled use cases leveraging Generative AI, enterprise data platforms, and modern information architecture principles.
  • Manage transformation programs and strategic priorities, ensuring initiatives are aligned, sequenced, governed, and executed with measurable business impact and adoption outcomes.
  • Partner with Operations Transformation and Digital Strategy, Operations, Digital Technology and Innovation, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across people, process, data, and technology domains.
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, governance mechanisms, and value-tracking approaches.
  • Drive organizational change management, capability building, and continuous improvement adoption.

Amgen to open new science and innovation centre in Hyderabad's Genome Valley

Amgen announced plans to open a new Science and Innovation Center in Genome Valley, Hyderabad, expected to be operational in 2027. The facility will join Amgen's global Research and Development network of seven research laboratories, expanding the company's scientific capabilities.
