Role Overview:
The Trellix Emerging Leaders Program is a graduate rotation program, designed to find and develop the next generation of diverse company leaders, and launch them into a successful career at Trellix. This is a highly competitive program designed to provide individuals an opportunity to build comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity products and services while developing their technical and business acumen, communication skills, and internal and external networks.
About the Role
The Emerging Leaders Program is a two-year program designed to build organizational and product knowledge. You will experience a multi-month rotation across Trellix including but not limited to Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and Operations and Support, with the ultimate goal of kick-starting your career in one of these business organizations.
In each of the rotations, you will work on projects critical to Trellix’s growth.
During the program, you will:
Define innovative services and go-to-market strategies that will impact the way people and companies protect their data and intellectual property
Develop and execute innovative marketing designed to accelerate Trellix business
Build strong relationships with Trellix customers and utilize those relationships to implement winning sales strategies
About You
You have a passion for, knowledge of, and proficiency with technology
You exemplify strong interpersonal, oral/presentation, and written communication skills
You are a creative risk-taker with strong character and emotional intelligence
You exhibit a strong motivation to work and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic, global, team-oriented environment
Minimum Qualifications to open the door to career opportunities:
Candidate must have permanent right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Experience or coursework in technology, systems engineering, or IT
Interest in customer-facing roles, such as sales, pre sales engineering, marketing, or customer service
Passion for Cybersecurity or desire to learn & engage in Cybersecurity
AS, BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field is desired but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of extracurricular activities
Prior business and/or marketing internship, job experience, or courses, including an MBA
The ability to communicate how technology can provide solutions to solve complex problems
Strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to influence cross-organization people or groups

Pre-Sales Engineer
In this rotation (Pre-Sales Engineering), you will work alongside the Regional Sales Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers, as part of the Global Sales Team learning and performing the following duties.
Learn Trellix’s Enterprise Security products and solutions and gain understanding on how to position and “Tell the Trellix story” to our customers and prospects.
Oversee the sales support of Trellix’s Enterprise Security products and solution offerings to existing and prospective government and fortune 200 customers with the region.
Assist the sales team with technical knowledge and presentations.
Work closely with sales managers, field SE’s, prospects, and partners as a subject matter expert to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements.
Professional Services
In this rotation (Professional Services), you will work alongside subject matter experts in information security and governance as they engage Trellix clients. Within this rotation you will learn and perform the following duties:
Design solution architecture and evangelize both the solution and the underlying information security principles.
Program and project management of the implementation of solutions and technologies.
Problem management, remediation, and root cause analysis to enable process and technology improvement.
Sales & Product Marketing
In this rotation (Sales & Product Marketing), you will work alongside subject matter experts in go-to-market strategy, enablement, and sales execution. Within this rotation you will learn and perform the following duties:
Develop and execute go-to market strategies that generate revenue and acquire loyal customers for our security services through our direct and partner channels.
Engage in competitive analysis, creating compelling value propositions and market evaluation.
Generate new product business cases.
Deliver sales enablement assets and tools.
Operations and Support
In this rotation (Operations & Support), you will work alongside support experts to help our customers with product issues or concerns, leveraging support tolling and best practices. Primary areas which you will learn and develop in this rotation are:
Learn how Trellix support organization extends the customer’s investment with expert security professionals committed to the protection and continuity of the customer’s business.
Work with leadership to implement initiatives to help production of organization.
Understand the importance of a Support Organization when it comes to customer satisfaction and retention.
Work cross-functionally with different groups to create and improve initiatives for our global support teams.
