The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead CNA to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform all duties as per the SC DHEC and Human Services CNA training program
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure CNA work performance meets expectations
- Ensure room cleanliness and organization by performing room checks on a weekly basis
- Promote a cordial environment for the residents
- provide or assist residents with ADLs
- Answer call lights
- follow the residence care plan or service plan
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA certified in state of SC
- Three years of experience as a CNA
- Intermediate computer skills
What Is Good to Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- CPR certification
- Five years of experience as a CNA
