Position Overview:
The Sr. Director of Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Operations is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, engineering, and delivery of our global cloud and core infrastructure. This critical senior leadership role will lead the transformation of our foundational infrastructure toward next-generation capabilities.
Scope:
Working across public/private cloud, data centers, security, product development, sales and marketing, associate success, legal, finance, and other key business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable services to achieve our business objectives. The successful candidate will be a servant leader with technical expertise to deliver best-in-class agility, availability, resiliency, security, and performance in a cloud and edge infrastructure.
What you will do:
- Vision and Strategy: Set the vision and strategy for global cloud and core infrastructure, aligning with business strategies and objectives.
- Leadership and Transformation: Lead change and transformation in cloud and edge compute engineering technologies, tools, and processes through metrics-driven, KPI-based methodologies.
- Innovation and Security: Ensure that innovation, scale, and security are embedded within the culture. Identify and assess technology trends and articulate technology recommendations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Architecture and Product Management to develop a clear vision, outcomes, and roadmap for future cloud and foundational capabilities.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work across various departments to create and deliver infrastructure capabilities.
- Team Management: Manage an enterprise organization comprising Cloud Engineering, Virtualization, Edge Compute, IoT, CDN, Bot Management, DNS, and Core Services.
- Budget Management: Develop and control the annual budget for infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing to ensure readiness for critical applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategies and objectives into strategic direction and plans.
- Lead initiatives, develop talent, and problem-solve to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain strategic partnerships and manage the budget.
- Present the vision, strategies, and progress to Senior and Executive Leadership.
- Develop and execute cloud strategies, including migration, deployment, and ongoing management.
- Oversee cloud service providers (such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud) to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Advanced degree highly desirable.
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience supporting multiple physical locations and heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, iOS).
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience for enterprise infrastructure including active directory, voice, networking, and information security.
- Proven track record of driving IT strategic initiatives and delivering on measurable business objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal customers and management.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading cloud systems engineers and software engineers.
- Focus on documentation and procedures, creating repeatable, predictable processes.
- Team-oriented with a strong ability to work well with others.

The salary range for this position is $168,876.00 to $219,124.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
