Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders (IR Business Development/Coverage Officers, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations, Client Services and external Administrators) to ensure seamless onboarding process for Bain Capital clients
  • Assist clients with completion of subscription documents and manage the review workflow related to these documents
  • Assist in fund closings for close-end and open-end funds
  • Proactively identify documentation issues, escalating them when appropriate
  • Resolve subscription agreement issues within tight timelines and a high degree of professionalism
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service in response to any query or interaction
  • Maintain investor account information on the Bain Capital Investor portal
  • Enter and Maintain client information into CRM database (Salesforce)
