  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related experience
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a Finance and accounting related roles, including a minimum of 6 years in Cost Accounting
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and related concepts
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and other COE's to establish cost accounting processes which will deliver accurate financial results
  • Own standard cost, labor, and overhead rates and support the related accounting and audit processes
  • Prepare KPIs and other business indicators as part of our financial reporting process
  • Examine and develop management reporting for material and labor variances, drive solutions to reduce E&O and scrap
  • Identify business risks to financial reporting and support our established SOX processes
  • Own monthly / quarterly cost related close cycles to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide oversight and accounting guidance to ensure accuracy in perpetual inventory record including support physical inventory count processes
  • Drive cross functional compliance to internal company procedures through targeted education, mentoring, and monitoring
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve and automate processes and methodologies to improve quality, improve business partner experience, and enable growth
  • Drive staff engagement. Provide vision and leadership to team aligned with broader Company objectives. Develop and mentor staff
